Stef and Chris had a wedding that was like something out of a fairytale. I felt more like I was deep in some enchanted forest and was half expecting 7 dwarfs to pop out from behind a tree somewhere. I had known Chris for almost 10 years however I hadn’t seen much of him in the past 5 or so years but Facebook had kept us well in touch. Stef and Chris had moved to Florida at the time when we were trying to coordinate everything but planing was super smooth even with them on the other side of the country. My first wedding! Jamie and Dan in 2009, ended up finding me via a combination of Times Union writer/blogger Kristi Gustafson (On The Edge) word of mouth from a mutual friend of ours. Prior to their wedding I already had time face time with the through our meetings about planning the wedding and from our e-session we did together (see my engagement photos, they were also my first engagement session) so not only was I comfortable with them, but they were also very comfortable with me. We had plenty of time for photos, the events of their wedding were extremely well spaced. I was working their wedding for about 12 hours total, which seems like a lot, but passed extremely fast.
